With a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail, Kristin consistently delivers high-quality, impactful design solutions that resonate with audiences. Beyond graphic design, Kristin enjoys watching movies and tv shows with her husband in their at-home theatre, playing with their two corgi fur children Obi and Ava, and enjoying the local Buffalo music scene with her friends.
Emma Medina
Director of Operations
Emma is the Director of Operations at MD and BMD Publishing. Starting at part-time customer service in 2020, Emma has worked her way up the ladder to managing the major functions of the business. She has tested, implemented, and trained on many of the services still offered to our clients today. She is the glue that holds the people, systems, and priorities together. In short, she makes sure the trains run on time- every day. She is tenacious and passionate about creating systems and helping clients achieve their goals with a little magic touch. Emma fell into marketing through trial and error in the publishing and small business world, trying to keep up with trends and extend reach. She is extremely proud of the fact that her job experience was learned onsite while doing it. When not in the office, Emma enjoys TV shows and adventure novels with her orange cat, or trying new restaurants with friends.

Since joining the team in 2017 as a Podcast Producer, Tetan has demonstrated a remarkable knack for streamlining processes and solving complex challenges. As Director of Project Management, Tetan oversees a dedicated team of Podcast Producers, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects. Her meticulous attention to detail and strategic mindset have consistently driven the success of numerous podcast and book projects under her leadership. A problem solver at heart, she excels in project efficiency. Her commitment to excellence and proactive approach make her a trusted leader within the organization. Tetan is a wife and mother of 2 teenagers. In her free time, she loves to garden, read, and all things True Crime.

Bruce Corris is the copywriting guru at Market Domination. He knows how to effectively get your message across in a way that’s compelling, informative, interesting, and sometimes just plain fun! Bruce is a former multiple Emmy Award winning journalist, has written for every medium, and has taught writing at the college level. Bruce is semi-retired and lives in Buffalo,NY exploring his hobbies outside work.

Corina Ambrose is Assistant Managing Editor and Senior Project Manager at Market Domination LLC and BMD Publishing. She earned her master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Montana in 2017, where she honed her skills in crafting compelling narratives. Since joining Market Domination in 2019, Corina has become an integral part of the team, using her creativity and expertise to deliver exceptional copywriting and editing services. She works closely with clients, helping them develop their books and podcasts to ensure their messages resonate with their audiences, bringing her unique storytelling ability to every project she undertakes. Outside of work, Corina is an avid reader who enjoys exploring new worlds through literature. She loves spending time with her Labradors, Cosmic, and Epic, and finding tranquility under the Big Sky in Montana.
Gabbie Richards
Office Admin and Social Media Manager
Gabbie Richards is the newest team member to Market Domination - focusing on procedures and processes within the office administration and content creation as needed. She earned a Master’s in Germanic Linguistics and Bachelor’s degrees in both German and Linguistics from the University at Buffalo. Her language focus enabled her to live abroad in Europe from 2011 to 2012. Her life experiences have broadened her perspective, fostering empathy and keen awareness in navigating life's complexities. She is a wife, a loving mother, and a small business owner. Despite her busy schedule with work, family, and business responsibilities, she dedicates her remaining spare time to extensive volunteering in her local community. She serves on her local Board of Education, is President of the Oliver Street Merchants Association, and serves on the board of Project Pride, a city beautification group. Recently involved in steering North Tonawanda's $10 million Downtown Revitalization Initiative grant, she now contributes to the Comprehensive Plan and Local Waterfront Revitalization committees. You'll frequently find her attending North Tonawanda community events with her family.

Paris Williamson is the Newsletter Coordinator and Graphic Assistant at Market Domination LLC and BMD Publishing. Having been raised in an artistic family, she's well-versed in many sectors of creativity, including editorial work, photo and video editing, musicality, filmmaking and creative writing. Her visual mind leads her to create works with a strong aesthetic and theme. Since coming on board in 2024, Paris handles the newsletters with diligence and care and assists the Graphic Design Director as well. Between working for Market Domination, she works in the entertainment industry as a scriptwriter. She also loves roller-skating, watching films, cozy games, and playing instruments.
